One of the things you can do at 4:00 in the morning when you are trying to comfort a newborn is design a desktop background in your head – well at least that’s what I did!
It all started when I was put to shame for keeping the default Windows 7 desktop background and then I saw Smashing Magazine’s 2009 desktop wallpaper calendars and got inspired.
